About Town of Framingham Parks & Recreation Department in Framingham, MA

The Framingham Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department is committed to providing a wide range of recreation opportunities for all of Framingham’s residents. From preserving open space to managing athletic fields and parks to administering recreation programs and facilities, our department is dedicated to making sure that everyone in Framingham has the chance to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. We offer over 300 formal programs to meet the needs of our diverse population. Our services are funded in part by user fees and public tax dollars, and last year we had over 25,000 people participating in our programs. We strive to make sure that everyone in Framingham has the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. From youth sports to adult fitness classes, we have something for everyone. We invite you to join us in our mission to make Framingham a great place to live, work, and play.

Developmentally appropriate introductory program for children. Parents work together with their children in a supportive environment to learn basic skills associated with soccer.

Taekwon-Do

Taekwon-Do is an integrated and complete system for self-defense and personal improvement. The aim of training is to improve the whole person: body, mind and spirit. Baystate Taekwondo is dedicated to helping your child develop confidence through physical activity and acquiring self-defense skills.
