About Seven Stars Academy of Martial Arts in Falmouth, MA
Tang Soo Do is designed to train both the body and mind, and to build strong characters. Through this Martial Art, students learn to strengthen their bodies, while also developing an inner peace and focus. Our classes teach effective self-defense strategies which students can use to resolve confrontations peacefully. This is a key part of the Martial Arts training, as it conditions the mind to use inner power and energy to help them stay calm and focused.
In addition to the physical and mental benefits of Tang Soo Do, it is also a lot of fun! Our classes are designed to be a positive and uplifting experience, helping students to release stress and promote peace of mind. We work with our students to help them achieve their goals, while also learning valuable self-defense skills and how to resolve conflicts with non-violent strategies.

Little Dragons Martial Arts Program
Our Little Dragons Martial Arts Program is especially designed for children four through six years old. Little Dragons classes stress cooperation and provide a positive outlet for the enviable energy this group naturally possesses.
Juniors Martial Arts Program

Our students develop self-discipline, and concentration by setting long term goals, attending class twice each week, and practicing what they learn. While learning to work toward goals, your child will be learning respect for both self and others. Recent studies show that kids studying Martial Arts are more well-behaved, and even earn better grades in school.
Teen and Adult Martial Arts Program
Martial Arts training will increase your mental focus and self-discipline, skills which transfer to all areas of life. Tang Soo Do is also an excellent form of whole-body exercise. Many students are drawn to it after finding other forms of fitness training boring. By contrast, the consistent challenge and mental stimulation of Tang Soo Do training keeps students wanting more.
