At Beach Street Studio, Miss Pam is bringing her passion for movement to the masses. She offers a variety of Pilates, Barre/Pilates, and Private Reformer Workout classes that are perfect for everyone from beginners to advanced. Her classes are small, so she can provide individual attention to each student. Miss Pam also offers private children’s ballet classes, so that young kids can experience the joy of dance and movement. Miss Pam’s enthusiasm for movement is contagious. Her clients range from pre-schoolers to adults in their 80’s and 90’s, all of whom are reaping the benefits of her program. According to Miss Pam, movement is the key to a healthy life, and she’s determined to make it accessible to everyone. DANCE

In addition to Pilates, "Miss Pam" as her dance students refer to her, also has a background in Dance and has studied Ballet and other styles since a child. Pam's dance training began at the Orleans Academy of Performing Arts where she danced as a child before moving on to the Mid-Cape Ballet studio where she continued to study as a young teen. Pam then continued to dance while attending Keene State as she majored in Early Childhood Development. Taking classes in Modern Dance and performing at The Performing Art Center at Keene State. Upon Graduation she moved to Newton MA, where she began teaching as a preschool teacher. While teaching she studied at Boston Ballet in both the Newton and Boston studios for about 4 years. When Pam started having children she moved to the suburbs of Sharon and then began teaching at the New England Dance Academy and continued teaching at several other studios in the area.
