This special school was founded with the purpose of encouraging those who are willing to work hard to make their own dreams come true. Inspired by a Chinese fable, the school is named after the yulong fish which demonstrate the ability to overcome any obstacle and achieve success. Students are encouraged to believe that through hard work and determination, anything is possible.
The story of the yulong fish in the Yellow River is a reminder that with dedication and perseverance, great rewards can be achieved. This is the heart of the Yulong Tai Chi Chuan school: to motivate students to work hard and be rewarded for it. The school's logo is a symbol of this lesson, showing the yin yang koi in perfect balance ready to swim upstream to become dragons.
