At Soares Martial Arts, we understand the importance of physical and mental fitness for both kids and adults. Our karate classes incorporate functional fitness drills into warm-ups to help our students gain the physical strength and agility they need to excel. Our classes also teach drills to help kids gain confidence, self-control, and focus. Meanwhile, our adult classes offer a fast-paced workout that stretches participants mentally and physically. By participating in our martial arts classes, many of our students have seen significant improvements in their fitness.

Our L’il Dragons program allows children to feel engaged with our martial arts program by providing strong visual cues to help them align with their achievements and goals. We can boost your child’s level of confidence, focus and respect. So much so, they will become unstoppable!
