Spotlight provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children over 3 years old in a safe and encouraging environment. Located in Danver MA, our groups take place in both community and center based settings. Our team consists of Board Certified Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA) and behavior technicians who facilitate peer-to-peer interactions through Natural Environment Training. We create positive social learning to cultivate a sense of belonging, celebrate differences and value tolerance. We also use principles of ABA to bring about meaningful and positive change to socially significant behaviors. Through group activities that incorporate participants’ interests, we create strong, intrinsic motivation.
