About Baker Extended Day Program

At Extended Day, we aim to create an atmosphere of warmth and love that encourages children to grow and develop in a positive manner. We understand that each child has unique needs and abilities, and strive to provide them with individualized care that will help them reach their full potential. We make sure that all children feel safe and secure, and that they receive the nurturing environment they need for their age and development. We also believe that Extended Day should provide an opportunity for children to learn how to interact with their peers and teachers respectfully and cooperatively. Through our program, we strive to help children become caring, responsible individuals who can recognize and appreciate the diversity of others. We provide activities and experiences that promote positive growth and development, and that help children learn how to make responsible decisions. Finally, our program encourages children to build their self-esteem and confidence. We believe that every child has the potential to achieve their goals, and that our program can help them build the skills they need to reach those goals. We strive to create an atmosphere of warmth and love that will help children feel safe and secure, and that will foster a positive environment for growth and development.

Baker Extended Day Program

Our programs enrich and complement the regular school day, and are designed for children in kindergarten through grade 6 who are in need of care past the hours of the school day. Our goals are to aid in the social, emotional and physical development of children. We encourage our children to be creative, enjoy nature, to read and enjoy the world of books, and to become decision makers. We want our children to be able to unwind and relax from their school day, and pursue leisure activities of their choice.
