Arts All Day was founded by Jill Gleim in 1983 as an extension of Jillsville Dance School, for children and teachers to explore the performing arts, and develop imagination, self-expression, and collaboration. A staff of four teaching artists collaborates to integrate music, dance, drama and visual art ideas into a unique, comprehensive approach to classwork. Teachers then collaborate with the campers and teenage “helpers” to write the story line, design costumes, paint sets, choreograph dances, and write songs and instrumentals that culminate in a final original musical drama performance.
