At Afterworks, we provide a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play. Our students are able to take advantage of healthy snacks, individualized homework help, and both indoor and outdoor activities each day. We have a small staff-to-student ratio, allowing us to be attentive to those with special needs, such as those with Individualized Education Programs. We are also proud to participate in the “History for Early Learners” program provided by the Otis House Museum. This program introduces our students to the history and literature of New England through engaging activities such as weaving, puppetry, and arts and crafts. At Afterworks, we strive to provide a safe and enriching environment where children can learn and grow.
Afterworks offers a safe, caring afterschool environment for children ages 5-14 in Cambridge and surrounding areas. Our mission is to meet working parents’ urgent need for affordable afterschool programming that provides children with a supportive space in which they may learn and grow.
Providing children with an environment rich in the arts, including music, drama, writing, and visual arts.
