About Dream Day on Cape Cod

Dream Day on Cape Cod is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing respite for children with serious and/or life-threatening illnesses and their families. For the past 28 years, we have been helping families make special memories together at our Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe, located adjacent to Nickerson State Park. Eight sessions of family camp are offered every summer, providing families with the opportunity to relax and reconnect with one another without the stress of hospital visits and round-the-clock care. At Dream Day, our mission is to create positive, lasting memories that will help families transcend illness and struggle. We believe that every family deserves a break from the daily struggles of managing a serious illness, and our Dream Day team is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for these families. We are dedicated to helping families create lasting memories they will cherish for years to come.

Dream Day’s Cape Cod Bass & Blue Fish Tournament
Truly a summer event, Dream Day’s Cape Cod Bass & Blue Fish Tournament is a great time for fishermen of all levels! The tournament is based out of Northside Marina at Sesuit Harbor, East Dennis, spanning two and a half days in August. The Captains’ meeting kicks the tournament off, followed by two full days on the water. All proceeds will be used in support of Dream Day on Cape Cod’s programs for seriously ill children and their families.
