About Community Music Center of Boston in Boston, MA

At the Community Music Center of Boston (CMCB), we believe in the power of music to enrich, empower, and transform lives. Established in 1910, CMCB works to make excellent music education accessible to all by offering a wide range of music and arts experiences to over 4,000 students in the Boston area each week. Our dedication to promoting equity and inclusion is evident in our partnership with the Boston Public School district, where we strive to make sure every student has access to the best possible musical instruction. We believe that music can be a key to unlocking the potential of young people, and we are proud to play a role in the development of the Boston community.
