About Belmont After School Enrichment Collaborative

At BASEC, we believe that out-of-school time is an opportunity to provide experiences that will help children become creative, resilient, resourceful and responsible. We offer after-school programs, workshops, and vacation camps to give youth the chance to explore their interests and develop skills. We also provide resources for parents and educators so that they can be informed about out-of-school time learning. At BASEC, we are dedicated to creating an environment where every student can learn, have fun, and build character. Our programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each child, while inspiring them to reach their academic goals and discover new interests. We strive to give students the tools they need to become creative, resilient, resourceful and responsible individuals.

VACATION PROGRAMS
Open to all students in grades K – 8. Students from all four Belmont elementary schools and Chenery Middle School attend BASEC Belmont Vacation Programs, making it a great place to connect with old friends and meet new ones! Classes are taught by our professional BASEC teachers and are designed to build the 21st Century skills so important to our youth.

SUMMER PROGRAM
BASEC Summer Enrichment Camp blends the best elements of BASEC programming into a diverse experience of exploration, learning, and fun. BASEC educators are the heart of soul of Summer Camp. Our combination of curriculum specialists, professional teachers, and high school and college-aged teaching assistants develop and implement a wonderful curriculum that builds the 21st Century skills so important to our youth.
