Nick Cerio's Kenpo Karate is the perfect place for children, teens, and adults to learn martial arts. Our instructors are highly experienced and will take the time to ensure that students are well-prepared in all aspects of martial arts. Our classes are designed to help students gain self-confidence, discipline, focus, and respect. We also offer a variety of classes to suit different interests, including kids karate, adult martial arts, yoga, tai chi, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Our facility is conveniently located, with easy access from Bellingham, MA and the surrounding communities, including Blackstone, Mendon, Upton, Millville, Woonsocket, RI, and Franklin. With two training spaces, our 800 sq. ft. fully matted space and 500 sq. ft. matted wall, we have the perfect environment for learning and growth. Our curriculum blends modern and traditional martial arts' techniques, drawing from boxing, judo, jiu jitsu, multiple styles of karate and kenpo, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. At Nick Cerio Kenpo Bellingham, martial arts are more than fighting. They are a vehicle for personal growth and development. Our philosophy is based on Professor Nick Cerio's 5 Principles of Conduct: Effort, Etiquette, Self Control, Sincerity, and Character. Kenpo Karate classes provide many physical and mental benefits: Increase strength, fitness, balance, and coordination. Improve focus and concentration.
