At Cedardale Health & Fitness, we've been committed since 1971 to providing people of all ages with the tools they need to enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle. Exercise can be intimidating, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun. Find activities that you actually enjoy instead of ones you think you have to do, and remember that any amount of exercise is beneficial.

Staying motivated to exercise can be a challenge, but having a friend or family member join you can make it easier for both of you. When performing Aerobic exercise, specifics are taken into account such as what exercises to implement, how often training per week, how is the intensity, and finally the duration of each aerobic exercise. In addition, other factors to account for are warm-up, cool-down, and stretching exercises before and after aerobic training sessions.

Juniors aged 3 - 17 are invited to come to experience the great game of tennis at our New Player Open House! This will be a fun-filled hour for your junior to experience a sport that will last them a lifetime!
