Abington Martial Arts Academy offers a wide range of classes for kids, teens, and adults. Kids aged 4-10 can participate in Shaolin Kenpo Karate classes while teens aged 11-17 can join in on fitness classes. Adults of all ages can get involved in fitness and women’s self defense classes, giving everyone the chance to get in shape while learning valuable martial arts skills. Christopher Walsh, Chief Instructor and owner of Abington Martial Arts, is a highly experienced martial artist. With over 25 years of experience in the art, Chris is passionate about teaching his students Shaolin Kenpo Karate. His classes focus on developing physical, mental, emotional, and social capabilities while providing a challenging work out. Students will gain the skills to defend themselves while also staying fit and active.
