At Choe’s Taekwondo we offer a complete martial arts program for your child, Improved self concept and self-esteem are important psychological gains of martial arts instruction for children aside from the obvious physical benefits obtained from training in Taekwondo. The martial arts offer self-defense techniques that may someday save a child’s life, an important element not shared by other sports and activities.
