Adult Class (age 16+)
Our Adult classes are for students 16+. BJJ is a great way to help learn self defense, discipline, weight loss, confidence you name it you can find it here at Alchemy Brazilian Jui jitsu. Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ and basic techniques. Class structure is formed around a warm-up, a technique lesson, and partner training to practice the technique in a “live” context.
