Ginsberg Academy BJJ offers a unique approach to martial arts. Rather than relying on strength and striking, this method focuses on technique and strategy. This approach makes it effective for people of all body types and encourages a long-term commitment to physical wellness. Every class is designed to help students progress, with a light warm-up, jiu jitsu-specific solo movements, M-100’s, 1 to 3 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, and 3 to 6 rounds of drilling the techniques and/or optional light sparring. With this approach, students can develop their skills without risking injury.
