Activities include art, music, drama, and physical education. There are also options for students who learn and/or are educated in non-traditional ways, such as semi-structured activities that promote socialization, collaboration, and personal growth. Led by Dr. Nadine Clifford, a former school administrator and special education teacher, ConnectEd & Inspired offers highly trained instructors who are dedicated to helping families find the right enrichment classes for their children. With a range of activities that range from art and music to physical education, ConnectEd & Inspired strives to provide a holistic approach to learning and growth.

Summer Programs
Our summer programming provides an opportunity for youth ages 5-15 an opportunity to explore the Arts and Sciences. Our goal is to provide a safe yet fun and upbeat summer session that reinforces and expands the knowledge and experiences of each attendee! Each class is limited to (30) reservations - after these are filled, we will start a waitlist, if there is enough interest, we will consider opening another session. This year we are opening registration with weeklong sessions, several weeks before the summer program begins, any available seats will be opened for daily registrations.

Intermediate Baking for Children
This four-week course is designed to move beyond the fundamentals as participants navigate multi-step recipes, a wider variety of ingredients and substitutions, and begin to focus on presentation. This course is designed for students who have either participated in the introductory course and/or those who have spent a moderate amount of time in the kitchen and can measure ingredients and follow a recipe with some support. Students will make a weekly recipe from scratch and take the final product home to share! Recipes will include desserts such trifles and pastries as well as a classic dinner option.

Tutoring
Tutoring services are available for students in K-12 in all subject areas. A consultation is available to assess and understand the needs of each participant before tutoring sessions are scheduled. Additionally, college tutoring in preparation for testing or coursework may be available upon request. ConnectEd & Inspired provides tutors who have experience and backgrounds in education - all tutors have been CORI'd. Specialty reading and writing services are available and aim to support students with specific learning disabilities in literacy, Autism, dyslexia, and those who require a focus in vocabulary development, reading fluency, reading comprehension, and pathways to writing.
