Welcome to RŌL Academy, home to Thomas Rozdzynski and a tight-knit community of dedicated martial arts enthusiasts. We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners of all ages – kids and adults alike. Thomas Rozdzynski himself is a fixture here, spending most of his days training, teaching, connecting, and chatting with the members of our community. We invite you to join us and take part in this unique and supportive environment. Learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from an experienced instructor, and make some new friends while you’re at it.
