Jiu-Jistu is made for self-defense and we have a great Bullyproof program. Focus is important not just in Jiu-Jitsu but in life. UofGF really focuses on paying attention to the little details. Learn step-by-step how to work takedowns, takedown defense, escapes, and submissions. Although competition is not our main focus in class. But we do enjoy a tournament. Competitions are a lot of FUN!
