Our Mixed Martial Arts system is based on self-defense, combining Kodenkan Ju-jitsu, Hapkido, Judo, and Muay Thai. This system is designed to help students develop both physical and mental self-defense skills.

That’s why we have martial arts programs for students of all ages – from Kids MMA and Teen MMA to Adult MMA. The Kids MMA class in particular emphasizes teaching kids how to handle conflict.
