PARENT & TOT
This class is 50 minutes long and meets once a week. It is for children from 18 months to 3 years old with a parent helping throughout the class. During the 50 minutes the children will work on basic coordination, body awareness, and many other activities designed to stimulate your growing child. They will have the opportunity to bounce on trampolines, work on scaled down equipment and begin to learn some of the fundamental skills of gymnastics. Parents have an integral roll in this class as they are helping their children along with the coach. Come help your child experience their first taste of our great sport.
