About Team Redzovic - Gracie Jiu Jitsu

With over 20 years of experience, Redzovic Jiu-Jitsu is one of the original Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense Academy’s in Chicago. Professor Eddie Redzovic is a 4th-degree blackbelt under Carlos Gracie Jr. and is the first American Rep for Carlos Gracie Jr. in America, certified by IBJJF. We provide world-class instruction in a clean, family-like atmosphere that focuses on self-defense, sport, no-gi, MMA, and other classes. Students graduating from our academy benefit from a direct lineage to the founders of the martial art, Carlos/Helio Gracie – Carlos Gracie Jr. – Prof. Eddie Redzovic. At Redzovic Jiu-Jitsu, we are dedicated to helping you and/or your children become the best versions of themselves. Our expert instructors understand your goals and are here to support you in a fun, exciting, and welcoming environment. Kids Jiu-Jitsu (5 – 14)
We never forget… kids are kids and they deserve to have some fun! We can’t guarantee that their normal school teachers are making learning an enjoyable experience, but we DO guarantee that your kid will have a blast in our martial arts classes. It really is a challenge to design a class that keeps children focused on learning, respect, and discipline while still having fun… but our classes are created just for that. They are so full of ideas, activities, and games that your kids will never get bored or stagnate. It’s also a fantastic and healthy environment for them (and you) to make friends with other like-minded students. It really is a place where laughter, cheer and happiness abound.

Adult Jiu-Jitsu (15+)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and fighting technique that is designed to help people of any size defend themselves. It’s also a terrific way to tone and firm your body and reap the health benefits of martial arts.
