At Kensho, we offer Chicago Style Mixed Martial Arts, which includes training in Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Savate, MMA, Kali Weapons, and JKD. We are located at the northwest corner of North Ave. and Kingsbury in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Our amazing team of highly experienced instructors offer a variety of classes to suit all skill levels.

Designed for children ages 4-6, our lil’ ninja’s program help kids build confidence, focus, and coordination. Classes are structured to keep kids engaged, focused and having fun, while learning basic martial arts and self defense techniques from various martial arts styles including Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, and more.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
Students in our kids classes see their concentration, awareness and leadership skills grow. Kensho’s kids classes are designed help elementary school aged children progressively develop a comprehensive set of martial arts skills for self defense. Working together toward their goals, they develop healthy habits for life as they learn teamwork, perseverance and resilience in a positive environment.
