About My Gym Children's Fitness Center

At My Gym, we’re passionate about inspiring children to reach their full potential. From the moment we opened our doors in 1983, we’ve been dedicated to helping children excel in a fun, physically engaging atmosphere. We cherish each milestone, from those wobbly first steps to tumbling down soft mats. Seeing parents’ faces light up with joy as their kids master new skills gives us great satisfaction. We believe that by creating a safe and loving environment, children of all abilities can succeed. That’s why, after 35 years, My Gym has expanded to over 700 locations worldwide, where children can grow and develop into happy and confident adults. Our mission is to give kids the tools they need to build strong self-esteem, and we’re proud to have all of our members join the My Gym family. As we continue to strive to help children reach their full potential, we’re excited to watch them grow and thrive.

Waddlers 6m - 18m

This stimulating program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements. At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and walking up stairs. Our highly trained instructors shower the children with affection, as they guide our Waddlers in early social skills through interactive songs, choreographed dances, age-specific puppet shows, special rides, and a variety of swings and other original activities.

Mixers 12m - 6y

Mixers is the perfect class for almost any age, from 1.5 - 6 years old. With a mix of activities drawn from different classes, this program offers something for everyone. Younger children get the chance to practice their circle time and work on social skills, to try new adventures, and to ride on swings, in addition to age-appropriate gymnastics skills.

Gymsters 18m - 2y 6m

The gross motor abilities of early 2-year-olds are often characterized by more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. This is the earliest age group with which we work on fine and gross manipulatives in a structured format, as the 1½ to 2½-year-old's attention span grows, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time.
