Our 30-acre facility has six barns, 140 stalls, plus a 300' x 80' heated indoor arena and large outdoor riding arenas with hunter and jumper course fences. Plus, with easy access to 30 miles of Pratts Wayne Woods trails, you can experience scenic trail riding with our boarders and privately owned horses. The Bill George Youth Football League (BGYFL) is proud to present its longest-running franchise! Our Football program is designed to give kids an enjoyable and safe environment to learn the fundamentals of the sport with the goal of helping them transition into high school sports. Our Cheer program has the same objective, and is accredited by the Illinois Recreational Cheer Association (IRCA). Our coaches are well-trained to teach the fundamentals of competitive cheer with the goal of helping our students excel at the high school level. At the BGYFL, we strive to give our young athletes an enjoyable and enriching experience that will provide them with the tools they need to excel in high school sports. Our Football and Cheer programs provide the perfect platform for kids to learn and hone their skills while having fun. Our Football program is the oldest of its kind and provides a safe and secure environment for kids to grow and learn the fundamentals of the sport. Similarly, our Cheer program is accredited by the Illinois Recreational Cheer Association and provides the perfect platform for kids to learn competitive cheer and refine their skills. With our programs, kids can gain the confidence and skills they need to succeed in high school sports.

By dedicating itself to the celebration of the arts and personal creativity, Arts in Bartlett has established a mission that encourages the growth and development of the community’s culture. The organization’s goal is to open the door to the artistic enrichment of the community and its individuals, creating a better quality of life for all. Since its inception in 2002, Arts in Bartlett has been working to bring the arts to life in the local community. Through its 501(c) 3 status, it is able to provide financial support to arts initiatives, programs, and events. By fostering a creative atmosphere, the organization seeks to empower individuals to explore their personal talents and contribute to the artistic vibrancy of the community.

On January 18th, 1964, the Bartlett Park District was formed after a successful public referendum vote. In 1969, the Village of Bartlett donated the first 13-acre parcel, which was part of Sunrise Park, to the District. Today, the Park District owns 577 acres and leases another 20 acres for the recreational needs of our community. The Bartlett Park District offers a variety of amenities to the community, including 43 parks, a community center, two pools, two golf courses, a banquet facility, a ski hill, an athletic field complex, and a nature center. This has earned them the Distinguished Accredited Agency status in our state, with the Park District being a National Gold Medal finalist two years in a row in 2009 and 2010. Bartlett Park District is committed to providing an array of recreational opportunities for our community. With its impressive array of facilities, the Park District has set the bar for excellence in the state. The District provides a safe and enjoyable place for residents to get active and have fun.

At Villa Olivia, we want to ensure our slopes are a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We are proud to provide 100% snow making, ski and snowboard lessons for all levels, and rental equipment for those who need it. Our hill includes seven runs, a chairlift, six rope tows and a tubing hill - all conveniently located just a short drive from anywhere in the Chicago area. However, we also reserve the right to ask patrons to leave if they are behaving recklessly. Our Ski Patrol and Supervisors are here to ensure the safety of all our guests, and we will not tolerate any behavior that puts other guests or staff at risk. We hope that everyone can have a wonderful time at Villa Olivia and keep our slopes as safe as possible for everyone to enjoy.

If you’re looking for a great round of golf, the Apple Orchard Golf Course is the perfect spot for you. Located at 692 W. Stearns Rd., about 3/4 mile east of Route 59 on Stearns Road, this nine-hole, par three, public course is owned and operated by the Bartlett Park District. It features a clubhouse with snacks, beverages, beer, restrooms, golf accessories, and indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Plus, it offers rental golf clubs and pull carts, so you can play your round without lugging around heavy equipment. For those looking for a golf outing, the Apple Orchard Golf Course has you covered. League play, golf lessons, and special events are available throughout the season, so you can make it a group affair. The course also has a Solo Rider Cart available for rent by individuals with limited mobility, so everyone can join in the fun. In 2005, the organization earned 501(c) 3 status, allowing it to accept tax-deductible donations from its members and supporters.
