At ESCO, children and teens of all ages and abilities can participate in recreational and competitive soccer. ESCO offers program options for youth to learn the fundamentals of soccer, build technical skills and develop the confidence to succeed on and off the field. ESCO also provides community outreach and volunteer opportunities to give back to the soccer community. ESCO is committed to fostering the development of youth through soccer. ESCO’s goal is to provide a safe and positive environment for children and teens to develop character, leadership skills and a sense of social responsibility. ESCO emphasizes education, offering educational resources and academic support to help participants reach their potential. ESCO also provides mentorship and guidance to help participants succeed in their studies and personal growth.

Youth Leadership Program

ESCO’s Youth Leadership Program is available to youth in grades 6-12 and provides opportunities and experiences that foster leadership development, youth empowerment, and self-reflection. Aimed at promoting personal and social development, it is our goal to discover and enhance leadership skills and attitudes. We want our players/leaders to realize their potential and build the confidence to be leaders on and off the field.
