    About Winter Garden Fencing Academy in Winter Garden, FL

    Fencing is a sport that is enjoyed by thousands of people from all walks of life. From club members to NCAA athletes to Olympians, fencing has something to offer everyone. The United States is a proud member of the International Fencing Federation, comprising over 100 nations. Our country is an Olympic powerhouse, with fencing being one of the most popular sports in the Olympics. As a result, fencing is far from a “niche” sport. At our academy, safety is our top priority. All of our coaches are SafeSport certified annually, and our students are always in the best of hands. Our coaches are also proud parents, so we understand the importance of providing our students with a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

    We have something fun and educational to offer inexperienced students as well as competitors. Our youngest campers enjoy basic fencing instruction, arts and crafts, a splash pad and goods eats in the historic area.

    GROUP PARTIES

    For those seeking something fun and different, we provide a 60-90 minute basic group lesson full of fun, history and action. Typical groups have included theatrical folks, home-school groups, scouts, family reunions and small businesses. Our fee is very modest $20 per head with a 10 person minimum and 25 person maximum. Parties with 15 or more enjoy a $5 discount per head. After fencing, enjoy all of the shopping and dining that downtown has to offer!

    THEATRICAL

    We offer basic theatrical fencing to amateur theater groups and local actors seeking to audition for parts that require a little swordplay. A few years ago, some of our fencers were even featured on MTV!!
