    Wesley Chapel MMA is dedicated to teaching students the best self-defense techniques in a safe and positive family environment. Our head instructor, Ryan Deichert, is a 3rd degree Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Ryan is passionate about passing on the techniques and philosophies of Brazilian Gracie Jiu-Jitsu as taught to him by Grandmaster Helio Gracie. His goal is to help students learn how to protect themselves in real life situations by teaching them a complete mixed martial arts program. Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced students. Whether you’re looking to learn BJJ basics, Muay Thai kicks and strikes, or wrestling fundamentals, we can help you reach your goals. We’ve recruited the best instructors to make sure that all our students are getting the most out of their martial arts journey.     Kid’s Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes

    We divide up our kid’s BJJ classes into ages 4 to 6 and 7 to 12. Each group is taught Jiu-Jitsu techniques that are appropriate to the respective age group. The primary focus is to “bullyproof” kids by giving them the tools to defend themselves from bullies in the neighborhood or schoolyard altercation.

    Muay Thai Classes & Stand Up Classes

    Our Muay Thai and stand up classes teach classic fist, elbow, knee and foot strikes. We use a variety of Muay Thai bags and pads, shadow boxing and sparring to practice and drill. You also learn clinches, footwork and defensive techniques.

    Adult Judo Classes

    Our Judo classes are for beginner to advanced students. You will learn traditional Judo throws and ground techniques that have been taught for over a century.
