Coach Barbara has a wealth of experience, having worked extensively with NCAA Teams, and is now certified in YOGA Nidra, a technique that helps athletes perform at their peak. Coach Barbara is now focused on helping juniors improve their mental game in the sport of tennis. YOGA Nidra is a practical tool she uses to ensure her students are able to reach their true potential. This technique is designed to aid performance at a competitive level, allowing athletes to be more focused and relaxed. By combining her extensive experience with her knowledge of YOGA Nidra, Coach Barbara Soto is helping her students reach their highest potential in the sport of tennis. She is dedicated to the juniors and to the mental side of the sport, and is committed to helping them succeed.
