About Swim Tampa Aquatics
USA Swimming registration is an important part of being a member of the STA swim team. All swimmers must register with USA Swimming each year and there is an annual fee associated with that registration. This fee will be added to the registration each November for the upcoming year. If the swimmer is new to the STA program, they must also provide a copy of their birth certificate.
Parents of STA swimmers are encouraged to sit away from the pool area during practice. If they need to discuss the progress of their child, they should contact the swimmer’s coach to schedule a meeting at a convenient time for both parties that does not interfere with practice.
