At Hillsborough Academy of Math & Science, we are committed to providing a tuition-free public charter school that serves the greater Tampa community. Our research-based curriculum is designed to engage students in learning experiences that promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Our school now offers EDVENTURE a robust before and after-school program featuring weekly themed curriculum for students who attend the school. The program is fee based. Students may arrive at 6:30 a.m. for before school care and must be picked up by 6:30 p.m. from after school care. We now offer an extended care opportunity for student’s participating in an after-school sport or club program. On-line pre-registration is required to ensure student can attend on the day of their club/sport.

Every day my children are looking forward to coming to school. They very much enjoy their time in school and learning new things each and every day. They participate in a variety of activities and events and enjoy both their teachers and classmates company. They are having a great time and lots of fun too!

During pandemic this school has done an amazing job keeping our kids engaged, busy and still learning.  This was our first year attending the school. We came from private a school, which my oldest still attends and we were skeptical. We prayed this was the right choice and couldn’t be happier with the teachers and school.
