Gymnastics is an activity that can help your child to do just that. The Junior Gym program is designed to support your child in developing their gross motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and body awareness.
Through our program, your child will be introduced to the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement in a fun and positive environment. With our experienced instructors and friendly staff, your child will learn the basics of gymnastics, and develop their physical and coordination skills in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

Each 30 minute class begins with a fun warm-up routine. During this time, we do exercises and stretches to prepare our bodies for gymnastics. Some days we add in a scarf routine! Once completed, we get ready to learn basic tumbling skills and are introduced to the equipment of the day!
