Mommy & Me
What better way to keep your active bundle-of-joy busy than with introductory gymnastics? Our Mommy & Me classes are full of exploration, development, and fun! These classes are designed for children walking age, and require parent participation. Parents will aid their children in introducing the four Olympic Events (bars, vault, beam & floor), as well as the oh-so-fun trampoline. The biggest issue you'll have with our Mommy & Me classes is getting your kids to leave once the class is over. Come try out a free trial class on us!

KinderGym
Learning to leave your parent or caregiver in the lobby while you go into class is the beginning of learning how to separate before a child goes to school. The ability to adjust to new situations is an important part of a preschoolers’ education. IGG’s KinderGym Program is designed to keep preschool children active and engaged, while still being a BLAST! Ages 3-5 is a crucial period in which the brain is making connections to develop coordination, strength and flexibility. Kids will learn to follow directions, follow safety rules, and work cooperatively with others, setting them up for a successful future!

Girls & Boys Gymnastics
Participation in gymnastics helps children become physically active, and stay fit and healthy. Our Achievement classes focus on the importance of becoming strong, flexible and coordinated, all with a strong emphasis on having a great time! Our classes are designed for school-aged children, and range from beginner to advanced. Gymnasts cycle through the Olympic events, as well as the trampoline. Strength and flexibility training is incorporated in every lesson, with safety and fun being the central focus in every class!
