    Junior Mixed Martial Arts

    Junior Mixed Martial Arts (Jr MMA) is a program for ages 4+. The mix of martial arts includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Judo. The program combines traditional martial arts structure with modern day self-defense.
