The Atlantic Diving Team is a certified USA Diving and AAU Junior, Senior and Master Diving Program. We are open all year round and welcome boys and girls ages 5 and up, all levels and abilities. Our goal is to give our divers an opportunity to learn springboard and platform diving, as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving.
At ADT, divers are provided with the tools and instruction needed to safely and successfully progress through the sport. We take pride in teaching our athletes discipline, self-confidence, and team work. As divers progress, they will learn more complex dives and build their self-confidence. Teamwork and sportsmanship are important lessons and we strive to instill these values in our divers.
You do not have to have any kind of experience to be part of the camp. The Summer Diving Camp offers instruction for all levels from beginners to advanced. Athletes will be grouped by age and ability. Check-in will take place at the Sailfish Splash Waterpark. The focus will be on the dry-land stretching routines of successful divers, as well as the technical work done to help achieve success at the desired level. The program will begin each day with a dry-land stretching session, followed by intense water work. A break for lunch (please bring a lunch from home or money to purchase food from the concession stand) and some activities will be followed by another water workout and then dismissal from camp.
The objective of the Summer Diving Camp is for Children 6 and older to learn, improve, and have fun by switching station using our dry-land area which includes extensive use of the trampoline, mats, spotting belts for safe learning of dives, and diving workouts to improve dives in the water. Each group will be divided by age and ability.

Competitive Team
To be selected to join the Competitive Team the diver must be selected by their coach and have the required JO list number of dives by age level as set forth by USA Diving. Here divers are challenged to increase the quality and difficulty of their skills. The competitive team offers training year round and competes in competitions within the Florida Gold Coast Diving Association (Keys to Jupiter, FL), nationally and internationally depending upon level of expertise.
