About Serenity Saviors Equine Rescue & Therapy Center

At Equine Rescue, we are dedicated to saving equines from slaughter and other conditions that would have inevitably ended their lives. We understand the special bond between horses and humans, and our team of experts works hard to rehabilitate and provide sanctuary for these beautiful animals. Once an equine is in our care, we put all our efforts into finding them a loving and forever home. We even match them with individuals who can benefit from the special powers that horses possess, such as equine-assisted psychotherapy and learning experiences that can help those with mental and emotional needs. We are proud to have given equines a chance to live and to have connected them with humans who can benefit from the therapeutic powers of horses. We are committed to continuing this work and giving these animals the chance to live out their lives in peace.

Saddle Seat Horseback Riding & Cart Driving Lessons

We teach from Beginner/Novice Riding and Driving skills to Advanced Showmanship ​Each session is an hour long, which includes the following: ​Ground handling Grooming Tacking (or assisting) Approx. 30 mins of Riding/Driving Untacking Feeding their horse a treat Cooling off the horse Returning it to it's stall Taking off the halter
