Infant Swimming Resource has been providing the most effective and safest survival swimming lessons for 50 years. We are dedicated to setting the highest safety standards in the industry. Our experienced instructors have taught over 8 million lessons to children aged 6 months to 6 years old in more than 25 countries across the world. Our program allows your child to gain essential self-rescue skills and confidence in the water, which will stay with them for a lifetime. 6 to 12 months old

The focus is on teaching the child to roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe, and to be able to maintain this life-saving position until help arrives.

1 to 6 years old

The focus is on teaching the swim-float-swim survival sequence. Children learn to swim with their head down; roll onto their back to float, rest, and breathe; and roll back over to resume swimming until they reach the side of the pool, where they can either crawl out or until they can be rescued.

Refresher Lessons

Children grow and develop rapidly from infants to toddlers and young children. In accordance with this growth, children enrolled in ISR return periodically to participate in Refresher Lessons to fine-tune their existing skills.
