Joining a competitive swim team is a great way to instill lifelong values such as goal setting and confidence. Swimming not only helps with physical health, but it also promotes mental well-being. Our SRQ and Coaching Staff are committed to providing a program that is physically rewarding, mentally stimulating and intellectually challenging.

The benefits of competitive swimming are numerous. Swimmers will gain physical strength, joy from winning, the ability to set and achieve goals, and the opportunity to make social contacts and travel to competitions. In addition, the skills learned through swimming can help children in their current endeavors and throughout their lives. Our SRQ and Coaching Staff strive to create an environment where swimmers can learn and grow, while having fun and feeling supported. We want our swimmers to develop as individuals, build strong connections, and gain lifelong values.

BABY & ME

Stroke School is a year round program. Students Learn to Swim Freestyle and Backstroke, with emphasis on proper breath exchange, body position, and proper freestyle and back stroke techniques.

It is the goal of the Tsunami Swim Team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.
