About CapoFitness Martial Arts with a Brazilian Twist

Capokids Martial Arts School in Sarasota and Manatee counties is the perfect choice for parents who want to give their children an opportunity to gain discipline and strength through the practice of martial arts. Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art, is utilized to help children develop balance, physical and social skills, and an appreciation for music. At Capokids, safety is of the utmost importance. All instructors are required to have CPR and First Aid certification, as well as FBI background checks. There are regular classes, as well as preschool and after-school programs, so parents can find the right program to fit their child’s needs. Children enrolled in Capokids have experienced life-changing benefits, and have thanked us for over 20 years.
