About Southeast martial arts academy in Port Saint Lucie, FL
At SMAC, we offer a variety of martial arts for all ages and skill levels. Our Southeast Martial Arts Center is located in Waycross, GA, on City Blvd and is equipped to handle everyone from beginner to expert. We offer traditional martial arts such as taekwondo, hapkido and sport karate, as well as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (both gi and no-gi). For those who are more interested in Mixed Martial Arts, we have kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We also have a special program for those interested in Extreme Karate, which combines acrobatics and tumbling with martial arts. To round it out, we offer Street Self Defense & Rape Prevention classes.

Programs at Southeast martial arts academy in Port Saint Lucie, FL
BeAKid
SMAC
Half of the program consists of the FULL study of taekwondo, a Korean martial art that translates as "the way of the foot and hand", while the other half is a "sprinkling" of boxing, muay thai, judo, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and hapkido in an effort to expose the students to other martial art (available at SMAC) and self defense skills. The goal is to develop both mind and body. The training in this program will provide the participant with the behavioral skills associated with traditional martial arts (modesty, integrity, perseverance, patience, self control, indomitable spirit) as well as real world self defense. Classes are available for children and adults.
