BeAKid
Little Champions
We've designed our Little Champions Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program to be a fun and safe environment for kids to learn about martial arts and all the benefits that come with that. With our professionally designed curriculum, your children will become a respectful & confident athlete. Usually within a month you will see improvements in school work and behavior along with life-long benefits of discipline and focus. Training is done with ICP certified instructors on hand at all times, with safety as their number 1 priority. We will teach students the fundamentals of jiu jitsu, self-defense, anti-bullying, stranger safety, verbal jiu-jitsu and general life skills (discipline, integrity, honor).

Juniors & Teens
For our Juniors & Teens program we teach at an increased level of jiu-jitsu utilizing more complex concepts and sophisticated techniques. We continue our focus on mixing in life skills along with martial arts. Confidence, leadership, integrity and responsibility will be our goals along with a focus on academic and physical fitness excellence. We intend these skills to be lifelong benefits.

Afterschool Program
Our afterschool program offers a clean and safe environment with certified helpers and instructors on hand for academic assistance. Your kids will be kept busy with fun activities that focus on academic skills, along with time to finish their homework, and snack time. 'BarraFIT for Kids' (an optional 30 minutes fitness class) is included to help with their focus, energy and to destress. Anti-Bullying program is included.
