About The Masters Martial Arts in Palm City, FL

At The Master's Martial Arts, we are dedicated to imparting life-long lessons to our students. We use Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts as the framework to develop character in the lives of our students. Our school has a unique approach to instilling valuable character-building lessons. Every day, students are required to memorize a saying that corresponds to a lesson at the end of class. Additionally, each belt level includes a word study or character quality study. By the time a student earns their Black Belt, they will have heard around five hundred character-building lessons. Before a student advances in belt rank, they must show improvement in their martial arts techniques, as well as be able to quote all the required memorization for their belt level. Once they have completed all the martial arts requirements, they are given an application and must obtain signatures from both their parent and teacher confirming that the student is using the tenets of Tae Kwon Do outside of class. After all requirements have been met and the necessary signatures obtained, the student must complete a self-evaluation of their character. At The Master's Martial Arts, we strive to provide our students with life-long lessons that will help them thrive. Our school goes above and beyond to ensure that our students develop strong character. Utilizing Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts as the framework, our students are exposed to five hundred character-building lessons by the time they receive their Black Belt. We are committed to helping our students achieve personal growth by requiring them to meet all the martial arts requirements, obtain parental and teacher approval, and evaluate their character.
