About Palm Beach Children's Chorus

At Palm Beach Children's Chorus, we believe that singing and music can be an invaluable tool for developing our children's confidence, self-esteem, and leadership skills. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment for our young singers to learn, grow, and develop through music. We strive to instill in our members the idea that through music, the world can be a better place. Through our program, children gain knowledge and experience in music fundamentals, performance techniques, and the importance of working together as a team. Our members learn about goal setting, self-discipline, and leadership in a non-competitive environment, while being empowered to use their voices to bring joy to people of all ages. We provide our members with the opportunity to share their unique talents, as well as the opportunity to make a positive impact in their community.

​Youth Theatre Programs
Palm Beach Children's Chorus is making great strides in the performing arts in Palm Beach County. In 2018, Palm Beach Children's Chorus was an awardee of the Great Ideas Initiative funded by the Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County. The "new idea" called the Youth Arts Workshop is a project based academic (health centered) and performing arts program that seeks to engage children in the theatrical performing arts, physical health and nutrition education, community engagement, and cultural experiences that will foster good citizenship, transform and enhance their lives and enrich our community. Students participate in twice weekly (afterschool) and weekend musical theatre instruction in a group setting. In addition to musical theatre instruction, students have access to reading/literacy mentors, character education, and involvement in community life through musical theatre and performance opportunities of plays and musicals. Students in the Youth Arts Workshop are culturally and economically diverse.
