Our preschool gymnastics classes are perfect for introducing toddlers to the joy of physical activity. Our recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls are designed to give kids a well-rounded education in strength, balance and coordination. We also offer tumbling classes for those looking to refine their skills and cheerleading classes for those wanting to take their gymnastics to the performance level. At Orlando Gymnastics, we offer a range of activities to keep your kids active and engaged, from our after school and summer camps to our holiday camps and open gym nights. Our birthday parties are a unique and fun way to celebrate your child’s special day. And adults can join in on the fun too with our open gym nights. SUMMER CAMP

OG's signature summer camp is for kids aged 5-13. All camp activities are led by our veteran, highly trained coaches - please see our staff profile page to read about our expertise and backgrounds. The regular camp day runs from 9:00am-5:00pm, and we have an extended day option that includes additional hours from 8:00am-9:00am and 5:00pm-6:00pm.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

The girls in this class will work on basic skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. Beginner girls will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. They'll be rolling, jumping, and swinging their way towards getting the skills required for higher level classes! The boys in this class will work on basic skills on the floor, vault, bars, mushroom, rings, and tumble track. Beginner Boys will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. Just leave the technical stuff to us, because they'll be having too much FUN jumping, swinging, and rolling around!

Preschool Gymnastics

Children 3-5yrs can participate in our Preschool program. These classes work on more advanced motor skills and require the social skills necessary to stay in line, and follow directions. The preschool group will play on the floor, beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. And, of course, we still save a little time at the end for play time in our foam pit!!
