At the HGMAA, we believe that martial arts is a great way for children to develop discipline, respect, and focus. Founded in 2005 by Shihan Henry Graves, our school in Orlando, Florida was started in response to the growing number of families who weren’t able to provide their children with the martial arts training they needed. Our mission is to give children the chance to learn martial arts in a safe, supportive environment. Our school offers a variety of martial arts classes, including Traditional Karate and Kickboxing. With each class, we strive to teach children the important values of discipline, respect, and focus that martial arts can provide. We believe that martial arts can be a great outlet for children to channel their energy and creativity. HGMAA is committed to helping children find the right martial arts path for them.
