Welcome to the beautiful 50-acre botanical oasis located minutes away from Downtown Orlando. This garden was donated to the City of Orlando in 1961 by Mr. Harry P. Leu and his wife, Mary Jane, with the mission to inspire visitors to appreciate and understand plants. Here, you can explore the various gardens, each specifically designed to further the garden’s mission.

Are you a nature nut? So are we! Explore Leu Gardens to discover many mysteries and marvels about the world of plants, and many creatures that depend of them, including us, of course! We’ll travel to rainforests and deserts and places in between to see what plants grow and what clever things they do to survive. Games, crafts, living projects to take home are all part of the fun. Bring a snack and water bottle.

In the mornings discover many wonders of plant and animal sciences with games, hikes, experiments and take home projects.
