Top performing martial artists and individuals follow a common set of principles that sustain their success. The practice of Trinity Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu allows individuals to understand these principles through an exciting process that combines instruction, observation, practice, appropriate feedback, live training and competition. Students experience results that go beyond gains in strength, flexibility, fitness or self-defense skills. By remaining truthful to the lessons learned in practice and applying them off the mats, Trinity Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy students experience an overall improvement in their focus, energy and general well being.

To excel in any endeavor, individuals need to have a strong set of values and a solid character that gives them perseverance to achieve his or her goals. The Trinity Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy Future Champions Program was created to provide children ages 5-15 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect.

Due to the COVID-19 health crises, Gracie Barra Trinity was forced to close the Jiu-Jitsu academy and all classes are taking place through our new virtual learning environment. At GB Trinity we are always striving to provide our students with the highest level of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Even in the midst of this health crisis, GB Trinity is dedicated to providing the same great learning environment. We understand that Jiu-Jitsu is a lifestyle and for many students, it’s a way of life. This is why we’ve invested in state-of-the-art equipment to allow us to provide the best virtual Brazilian jiu-jitsu class experience possible. We have dedicated coaching staff interacting with all students and assisting the students with all jiu-jitsu techniques. Please join us for our virtual classes during normal class times.
