We are passionate about helping all athletes reach their full potential. From free-running to parkour, martial arts tricking and ninja warrior, our safe and fun environment encourages athletes to overcome mental and physical challenges. We teach the art of movement and help athletes develop an attitude of Passion, Adaptability, Responsibility and Kindness. 

At THE PARK, we strive to provide a space in which athletes of all levels can challenge themselves. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping everyone achieve their goals and reach their highest potential through the sport of free-running, parkour, martial arts tricking and ninja warrior. We also promote an atmosphere that is focused on developing qualities of passion, adaptability, responsibility and kindness.

Train like your favorite ninja warriors. Become fast like lightning, daring and quick to get across the obstacles. Mini Ninjas will train on the same course as the Ninja kids, but obstacles can be adjusted to fit their small, but mighty size.

Mini Ninjas ages 4-5 yrs

Combines Martial Arts tricking, free running, gymnastics tumbling and trampoline skills. This is a high energy class learning different flips, twists, and tricks on the floor, trampoline, and off the walls.
